How long does it take to get my episode edited?
After recording, we typically deliver the first draft of your episode within 48 hours. This includes the mastered audio and a video file combining footage from 3 cameras. Once you give us feedback, we provide the final version within 3 days. The timing also depends on the complexity of the edits and how quickly you respond. The first episode might take a bit longer as we fine-tune your style, but after that, future episodes will be completed even faster.
Do you add subtitles to edited content?
Yes, we include subtitles (in your preferred style) on short-form content as part of our Highlights service at no extra charge. If you want subtitles for full episodes, you can purchase our Subtitles service separately. These subtitles are accurate, manually proofread, and provided after you approve the episode's content.
Can you make my podcast trailers look like "The Diary of a CEO" trailers?
Absolutely. Our Signature Editing service includes creating custom video branding and editing your clips with advanced visual enhancements to make your content stand out. Your trailers will have a unique style that’s tailored to your brand, ensuring they don't blend in with the usual content you see online.
I’m just starting out and don’t have any branding for my podcast. Can you help?
Definitely. If you have a podcast logo, we can animate it and pair it with fitting music for a memorable jingle. If you only have a podcast name and no idea where to start with the logo, our Branding service is perfect for you. It includes complete audio-visual branding: a professionally designed logo, color scheme, typography, cover art, jingle, social media visuals, and a brand book.
Can you create thumbnails for my episodes?
Yes! Our Content Distribution service covers everything you need to share your podcast on all platforms. This includes creating YouTube thumbnails, writing show notes, titles, and captions, and distributing both full episodes and short-form content across all podcast platforms and social media channels.
How many revision rounds are included in your editing services?
We offer 3 rounds of revisions for your first episode and 2 rounds for subsequent episodes. The first round is your main chance to refine the content, and the second is to ensure all corrections are made. Additional revisions beyond this will incur extra charges.
Can you edit a video I didn’t record in your studio?
We prefer editing content recorded in our Poddster studios to ensure the footage is high-quality and professionally organized. However, for loyal clients who travel often and occasionally record elsewhere, we can edit externally recorded episodes after reviewing the raw footage to ensure it meets our standards.
What's the difference between your Standard and Signature Episode Editing services?
Our Standard Episode Edit includes complete audio and video editing, logo and music integration, and removal of unwanted parts—ideal for polishing up a single episode (up to 60 minutes of raw material). It's priced at AED550 per episode with no minimum commitment to editing a certain number of episodes.
Our Signature Episode Edit goes a step further. In addition to everything in the Standard service, our top-tier editors, animators, and designers craft a bespoke video trailer in your unique style. This trailer hooks your audience right at the start of the episode and also serves as a powerful standalone teaser for social media. Signature Edits are AED1200 per episode, with a minimum commitment of 5 episodes required.
Due to the highly personalized nature of our Signature Episode Edits, we need a minimum of 5 episodes to develop your standout video branding with sufficient variety.
